Authentication required to access the Help Center
To access the Proctorio Help Center, you will need the following:
The Proctorio extension installed on your browser.
You will know that the Proctorio extension is successfully installed on your browser when you see the gray shield icon in the upper right-hand corner of your browser window.
Enrolled in a course at your institution.
You will know you are enrolled in an online course at your institution as it will be listed under “courses” in your assessment platform.
If you do not have the Proctorio extension properly installed and are not enrolled in a course, you will be redirected to the Support page when you try to access the Proctorio Help Center.

Accessing the Help Center
The Help Center will only be available to users with the Proctorio extension enabled.
To access the Help Center users (test takers and institution-approved representatives) must:
- Log into their Learning Management System (LMS) or assessment platform.
- Have a Proctorio-enabled assessment open.
