Submitting Exam Payment
Overview
If your institution charges an exam fee, you will be provided with one or more payment options during the exam pre-check process. You can pay by credit card or enter a promotion code if one was provided by your exam administrator.
Payment Options
Your institution may provide one or more payment options, including pay per exam, pay per course, or purchase lifetime access. Please select the option that best suits your needs.
Payment Methods
Test-takers can pay by credit card or enter a promotion code if one was provided by your exam administrator.
Paying by credit card
- Select your payment option.
- Enter all the requested information on the credit card screen.
- Click Pay; if your payment is accepted, you will be redirected back to the Exam Agreement precheck page and sent a receipt to the email address provided.
Paying with Promotion Code
- Carefully type the promotion code you received. Do not copy and paste the code.
- Press Enter on your keyboard. If the code is accepted, you will be redirected to the Exam Agreement precheck page.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to continue accessing your exam.
Troubleshooting
My payment was declined or canceled.
In some cases, a poor internet connection or temporary service disruption may cause the transaction to fail and cancel. Please reload the payment screen and try again.
If you paid by credit card, please try to submit payment again using the same card or a different one. If your credit card is repeatedly declined, you will need to contact your bank for further assistance.
If you entered a promotion code, please try to submit the code again. If the code is repeatedly not accepted, you will need to contact your exam administrator for further assistance.
