About the Role

As a Mobile Developer, you will design, build, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. You will work closely with product managers, designers, back-end developers, and QA to deliver smooth, performant, and visually polished mobile experiences to our users. You will take ownership of the mobile development lifecycle, from architecture decisions and feature development through testing, deployment, and post-release support, while ensuring consistency and quality across both platforms.

Management

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms
Build clean, reusable, and well-structured code that performs reliably across a wide range of devices and OS versions
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive, responsive, and visually consistent interfaces
Integrate back-end APIs and third-party services into mobile applications
Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and battery and memory efficiency
Ensure applications meet platform-specific guidelines and standards for both the Apple App Store and Google Play
Write and maintain unit, integration, and UI tests to ensure application stability and quality
Identify, debug, and resolve mobile-specific defects across devices, OS versions, and screen sizes
Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive technical feedback
Manage mobile build, release, and deployment processes including versioning and app store submissions
Monitor production applications for crashes, performance issues, and user-reported bugs
Collaborate with QA to support thorough mobile testing cycles including functional and regression testing
Contribute to mobile architecture discussions and technical design decisions
Maintain documentation for mobile codebases, release processes, and development workflows
Participate in agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos
Stay current with mobile development trends, platform updates, and best practices

Requirements

Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
More than 3 years of professional mobile development experience targeting both iOS and Android
Strong proficiency in React Native, or equivalent cross-platform mobile framework
Solid understanding of native iOS development using Swift and Android development using Kotlin
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing asynchronous data flows in mobile applications
Familiarity with mobile state management patterns and solutions
Experience with mobile testing frameworks and tools for both platforms
Knowledge of app store submission processes, guidelines, and review requirements for both Apple App Store and Google Play Store
Understanding of mobile security best practices, including secure storage, certificate pinning, and data encryption
Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive UI design principles across varying screen sizes and densities
Experience with version control using Git and collaborative development workflows
Strong debugging and performance profiling skills using platform-native tools

Preferred Skills

Experience with native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) or native Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose) development in addition to cross-platform
Familiarity with push notification services, such as APNs, FCM, or similar
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile, such as Fastlane, Bitrise, App Center, or similar
Experience with offline-first architecture and local data persistence strategies
Knowledge of accessibility standards and implementation on mobile platforms
Familiarity with analytics and crash reporting tools, such as Firebase, Mixpanel, Sentry, or similar
Experience with in-app purchases, subscriptions, or payment integrations
Understanding of mobile performance optimization and profiling techniques
