Proctorio’s New Approach to Connecting with Users

In 2026 and 2027, Proctorio is prioritizing deeper relationships with both our current and future partners.

We are refining our conference strategy to focus on events where institutions are actively working to strengthen learning integrity amid rapid industry change. Rather than casting a wide net, we are going deeper, sending larger teams and creating more meaningful engagement at the right conferences.

We are also increasing the number of site visits throughout the year. Our team will travel directly to institutions to host more in-depth conversations focused on understanding partner needs and partnering on practical solutions.

Finally, we are creating more in-person engagement in Arizona, with the goal of building stronger one-to-one relationships through direct conversation. There is simply no substitute for deep, meaningful partnerships.

Our New Approach

While we stepped back from the broader conference circuit a bit this year, we attended the conferences below, hosted by partner organizations that we believe provide a stronger setting to connect with our customer base.

In addition to our partner conferences, we sent smaller teams to select conferences like ATP to learn more about emerging proctoring spaces.

What to Expect at Site Visits

In 2026 and 2027, Proctorio will be traveling to school districts, colleges, universities and company headquarters around the world to provide product demonstrations, in depth onboarding and product training, and to network with our customers.

Opening our Doors

Our headquarters are located in the beautiful city of Scottsdale, Arizona and we are taking steps to open our doors. Our efforts will include hosting networking events in our office and offering onsite visits to interested customers, especially around conferences in Phoenix.

To our Phoenix area community, regardless if you are a customer or not, we would like to welcome you to our office. Proctorio has been a long time proponent of technological innovation through collaboration with like-minded institutions.
